Data source

• Primary source (all counts & GBV): TRAACS raw data — Sales Raw Data - Hotels / Cars / Others (spine). Supplier, City, Tax Region, Selling Price are TRAACS-native.
• AkeedOS/AOS/ZentrumHub are validation-only elsewhere; they add no counts here.

Filters

• Year: 2026 (Jan–Jul so far). Quarter / Month filter by Document Date.
• Metric: GBV = Σ Selling Price (SAR); Transactions = document count.
• Service: All / Hotels / Cars / Other.
• Region: from TRAACS Tax Region — Domestic / International; All = both.
• Channel (All / Online / WL / Offline): Digital Vision (Dashboard-1) logic, All scope (not API scope), with whitelabel broken out.
  • Online = platform, non-WL: Hotels booked on WEB SERVICE WS or matched to a non-whitelabel ZentrumHub confirmation; Cars / Other where the agent is WEB SERVICE WS.
  • WL = ZentrumHub whitelabel (BookingId FA-) hotel bookings, not WS-booked — shown as its own channel rather than forced into Online or Offline (Hotels only; Cars/Other have no WL).
  • Offline = everything else (manual). All = Online + WL + Offline.
  2026: of ~886 platform hotel bookings, ~304 are WL. Cars/Other are ~0% online (no API yet).

Population & exclusions

• Included: issued non-air services. Excluded: refunds (RFD doc / Refund Date present / negative Selling Price).
• Commercial / platform lines excluded from Other: "Other" carries only genuine bookable travel services (Visa, Train, Meeting Rooms, Meals/Catering, Hospitality, Event Registration, Transfers/Entourage, Altanfeethi). Revenue / SaaS / fee lines — GDS & airline back-end incentives, handling fees, Travel Management System, ERP integration, app white-labeling, additional users, manpower, SMS, generic "Others" — are not Non-Air travel and are removed from this dashboard.

Visuals

• KPI strip (Transactions / GBV / Suppliers) = full totals for the selected service, region & period.
• Top Suppliers — ranked by metric (bar + table, top 10). Click a supplier for a pop-up with its Top Cities and Top Items (hotels / vehicles / services).
• Top Cities — destination cities ranked by metric (top 10). City names title-cased to merge casing variants.
• Category Mix (context-aware 3rd chart):
  • All services → Service Mix (Hotels vs Cars vs Other).
  • Hotels → Star Rating, grouped Premium (5★+4★) vs Standard/Unrated (3★ & below + Unrated); click a slice to drill to individual stars. Note: ~83% of hotel rows have no star rating — shown as Unrated (a data-quality gap, not a booking category).
  • Cars → Vehicle type (normalised: casing unified, model-years stripped; blanks = Unspecified).
  • Other → Service Name (English label).
