Logic & KPI Definitions — what every number on this page means (kept in sync with the dashboards)

Metric: transaction counts. Spine: TRAACS (system of record) — each document line = 1 transaction, counted once. AkeedData (Control Number = PNR), AOS (PNR) and ZentrumHub (confirmation no.) are used only to validate/tag online vs offline; they never add a count. Excluded everywhere: VOID tickets; NEOM (an account inactive in 2026 — toggle to include for 2025); "Others" keeps genuine travel/ancillary services only (visa, train, meeting rooms, meals, events, hospitality) — commercial/platform revenue (TMS, incentives, white-label, ERP, SMS, manpower) is excluded.

Air transaction type is read from the document prefix (not Ticket Status, which shows the ticket's final state): INV non-reissue = Original Issuance · INV + reissue flag = Reissue · RFD = Refund. Reissue & Refund have no API → always Offline. Only Original Issuance carries the online/offline decision.

  • Agent involvement on online = D1 online − D2 online (platform-originated but agent-completed)
  • API scope toggle: online/offline restricted to carriers/suppliers with ≥1 online booking (data-driven "API-connected"); headline shows addressable offline vs structural (no-API). Click a service in API scope to expand a 3-way breakdown:
    • Flights: Online (API-connected) · Offline — API carriers (addressable, could be online but booked offline) · Out-of-scope carriers (no API yet — structurally offline; click to open the per-carrier breakdown ranked by volume, to prioritise direct-API onboarding). Cars / Others:
  • Agent = WS → Online; else Offline
KPIs:
  • Online / Offline share % (donut + per-service)

Duplication rule

  • Each TRAACS document = 1 transaction. An issued-then-refunded ticket = 2 transactions (1 INV Original + 1 RFD Refund). Cross-source matches never add a count.
